1. How do I place an order?
Orders may be placed directly online or by contacting us through the contact form on the right.
2. Can you design a custom item for my home or interior design project?
Absolutely! The size, color and finish can be customized on each piece if you are interested in a particular style, but need something that fits your design needs. We welcome any ideas and will gladly collaborate with you on custom designs. Please fill out the contact form with your exact details and we'll get back to you with a quote and lead time.
3. What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival, and notify us within 24 hours if any items appear to be damaged. Returned lighting must not have been installed and must be in their original condition and packaging.
4. What is the estimated turnaround time for items to ship?
All in stock items will ship within 7 business days. The lead-time of a custom piece will most likely take 6 to 8 weeks to complete. This timeline will vary according to the current volume of orders. We recommend you begin your selection early in the decorating process and consider lead times.
